For all custom printed items, please allow 2-3 days production time. After production is complete and your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Our products are shipped directly to you from our printers in Detroit, MI. Shipping times will vary based upon your location, and estimated time frames will be given before you check out. We use UPS for all ground orders.
Refunds & Exchanges
If you have a problem with your order, your merchandise is lost or arrives damaged, please fill out the form below so we may either issue a refund or ship you a replacement item at no additional charge. Any refunds will be processed as a credit applied to your original method of payment and can take up to 5 business days.
Please Note: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you received a damaged item that was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, we will email you and ask you.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If we ask you to return any items, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We also require that all returns use a trackable shipping method.
